Business Hours & Shipping Schedule

• Business hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00. Closed on weekends and national holidays.
• Same-day shipping: Orders placed by 16:00 on business days will be dispatched by 17:00.

For custom-made products or bulk purchases, please contact our customer service directly.

Domestic Shipping Times

• Convenience store pickup: Approximately 3–5 business days.
• Home delivery: Approximately 1–2 business days (excluding weekends).

International Shipping

• Regions: Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand.
• Dispatch time: Within 48 hours Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
• Payment methods: Credit card or PayPal only.
• Estimated delivery: Approximately 2–7 business days depending on destination.

For international orders, please provide your full English name, accurate postal code, and a physical address (P.O. boxes are not accepted).

Customs Duties & Returns

International orders may incur import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If a return occurs due to personal reasons or refusal of customs clearance, the refund will be processed after deducting round-trip shipping and duties.
