We currently ship to the following countries via SF Express, UPS, and Chunghwa Post:

Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, USA, and Canada.

Before placing an order, please check the service availability of your region via the SF Express official website or contact your local SF Express hotline.

You may cancel your order at no extra cost before shipment.

If you entered incorrect recipient details (name/address), please cancel the order before it is shipped and place a new one.

Please note:

• Please fill in the recipient's full name in English, except for Hong Kong and Macao addresses.
• Double-check the recipient's address to avoid package returns.
• Provide a correct email address to receive shipping notification and tracking number.

Tracking Order

　Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

　When the order is processed and shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number.

　Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location and selected 　shipping method.

　Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance or payment issues.

Duties & Taxes

　All international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, collected by your 　country’s customs office.

　Customers are responsible for any applicable fees. Please consult your local customs 　website for details.

Return & Refund Policy

　If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact LINKOMM customer service within 7 days of receiving the package.

　Email us before returning any items. Unnotified returns may be rejected.

　Return Conditions:

　Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

　Include photos of the items when requesting a return/refund.

　Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected 　and approved.

　Refund processing may take up to 5 business days, with an additional 5–10 days 　depending on your bank.

　Please Note:

　Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

　LINKOMM reserves the right to reject or take legal action if returned items do not match the original order.
